About the Facilitators
Rhea(she/her) is a psychodynamic developmental psychologist and the founder of Big Little Feelings. She works with children, adolescents, adults, and families, and is known to occasionally teach workshops on sex ed and mental health in schools. She is passionate about creating spaces where people feel safe enough to be curious, connect with themselves and others, and grow at their own pace. As both a psychologist and someone who is neurodivergent, Rhea understands the relief of finding spaces where you don't have to mask, explain yourself, or have everything figured out. She brings warmth, curiosity, humour, and thoughtful reflection to her groups, creating an environment where people can connect, learn from one another, and feel a little less alone.
She believes that healing doesn't happen in isolation, and that sometimes the most powerful thing we can hear is, "Me too."
Nivedita (she/her) is a queer and neurodivergent psychologist with a background in counselling and neurodiversity-affirming practice. Drawing from eco-psychology and body-based approaches, her work focuses on unmasking, self-acceptance, and reconnecting with one’s authentic way of being. She is passionate about creating spaces grounded in lived experience that foster connection, mutual support, and community.
If you've been looking for people who understand the joy, the challenges, the overwhelm, the hyperfocus, the sensory sensitivities, the missed appointments, the deep passions, and everything in between—we'd love to meet you.
Because life feels a little lighter when you don't have to navigate it alone.
