About the event
there's a version of therapy that doesn't need words to hold what someone's feeling. sometimes an object, an image, a piece of clay says what language can't quite reach.
on 25th july, we're hosting a skill-building, experiential workshop for therapists and mental health practitioners exploring arts-based practice as a clinical lens — how image, metaphor and objects can deepen inquiry and open up what's happening in the room.
no prior art-making or arts therapy experience needed, just curiosity.
facilitated by anshuma kshetrapal — psychotherapist, drama & movement psychotherapist and clinical supervisor based in new delhi.
