Chai & Catharsis: Guftagu

Welcome to another edition of Chai and Catharsis where we get together, drink warm things, and talk as humans in the field of mental health. This edition will be hosted by the founders of Guftagu so be prepared for stimulating conversation, some fun, light, get to know you activities, and perhaps opportunities for collaboration and growth. About your hosts: Sadaf and Aryan run a psychotherapy practice called Guftagu (which means conversation, in urdu) that uses a relational psychoanalytic lens to look at the nuances and complexities of human life. In addition to offering individual, couple, and group therapy, they design courses, content, and workshops to immerse in subjectivities and expand on our curiosities of who we are and what is possible through questioning binaries like queer/heterosexual, victim/oppressor, diagnosis/social justice and lastly, us/them.
